Eddystonia Holiday Chalet

Eddystonia was rebuilt in 2015 to a very high standard, including high levels of insulation, solar panels, underfloor heating and a turf roof. It also has slate floors and beautiful wood finishes. The slate floors cover areas of underfloor heating to keep you cosy and warm. Solar panels on the roof provide electricity, but please don’t worry – the chalet is mains powered too for those less-than sunny days.

Eddystonia features an open kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors looking out to the sea and beyond. The well equipped kitchen has dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with cooler shelf and ample cupboards for storage. Tableware is provided for up to 6 people. Wifi is provided and there is a Smart TV with dvd player.

The chalet has a double bedroom overlooking the sea which has a wardrobe for storage. There is also a bunk room with two single mattresses. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are narrower than a normal single sized bed due to the dimensions of the room. There is a small amount of storage in a secret drawer in the wall, and baskets for storage under the bed. A sofa bed in the living area can sleep two more people.

The wet room has a basin, toilet, and a luxurious shower with rainfall head, all on a heated slate floor. Linen and towels are provided. Please do not bring your own bedding for use at the chalet. Please do bring towels for use on the beach.

The chalet has a small garden area with views overlooking the sea to the front of the chalet. Around the back there is an outside shower for washing off after a long day at the beach. We also provide a washing machine, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Children and babies very welcome! Travel cot, baby chair, bed guard and children’s cutlery is all available.
